Create Your First Project

After logging in, you will be directed to the Dashboard. From here, you can navigate to the Gantt Schedules module to create a new project.

Select add new project

Click the file icon with a plus sign or the New Project button.

Fill in metadata

Provide a name, description, assign a Project Manager, and set an initial timeframe.

Creating from a template

If your organization has predefined templates (e.g., for standard construction processes or marketing campaigns), instead of an empty project, you can select the Create from template option. HUBAL will copy the entire structure of tasks and dependencies, saving you time.

AI Assistant - voice generation

Alternatively, a project can be created with the AI Assistant. Dictate or describe what should be included in the project, and the AI will generate the schedule structure, estimate times, and create the appropriate phases for you.
