The assistant processes files
Add a PDF, Word or Excel file or photos to the conversation and say what to do: rotate or merge pages, turn a PDF table into an Excel sheet, prepare a chart. New files appear in "Conversation files"; the originals stay unchanged.

Conversation files
Files you add to a conversation and documents prepared by the assistant stay in that conversation — even after you refresh the page or sign in again. The “Files” button groups them into versions: the original and each revision by the assistant, ready to open, download or save to the Drive.
The assistant works with many files at once
Add up to 50 files (up to 200 MB in total) to a single conversation — for example a full set of project documents for the assistant to compare and revise against each other.
Word edits that keep your formatting
The assistant makes changes directly in the original document, so styles, headings, numbering and tables stay intact. Open the finished file in the app, download it, or save it to the project, client or company Drive.
Pay by card or BLIK with an invoice
Companies in Poland can pay for their subscription and AI credit packs by card or BLIK and receive a VAT invoice right away.

Focus mode
A calm, graphite look: fewer colours, a highly legible typeface and highlights only where something needs your attention. Turn it on with the button in the bottom-left corner of the menu.
Refreshed light and dark themes
Calmer, consistent colours across the app; projects without a photo get a colour from a single palette.
Google Calendar
Connect your Google account and choose what HUBAL sends to your calendar: reminders, tasks, milestones. The Calendar widget shows your selected Google calendars and Google Tasks.
KSeF with a certificate
Connect your company to KSeF with a certificate instead of a token — HUBAL checks the sign-in straight away.
