Report of illegal content (DSA)

Purpose of this form: it enables persons and entities to report content published by HUBAL users that they consider illegal within the meaning of EU or national law (hate speech, copyright-infringing content, unlawful advertising, private data of third parties, content of a criminal nature).

What happens after submission:

We send you a confirmation of receipt without undue delay (DSA Art. 16(4))
We assess the notice with due diligence, in a non-discriminatory manner
We make a decision: removal / restriction of access / leaving in place
We send you a reasoned decision and inform the user whose content the notice concerns
