Who may use it: A consumer and a sole trader treated as a consumer (PNPK) who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason.
How to submit: fill in the form below and send it to legal@hubal-project.com. You may also use any other form (e.g. in writing to the registered office address).
Effect: if you started using the service before the 14-day period expired, you will pay proportionally for the period of use (Article 35 of the Consumer Rights Act (Poland)). The remainder of the fee will be refunded within 14 days.

What happens next?
- Upon receiving your declaration, we will confirm receipt by e-mail.
- The refund will be made within 14 days using the same payment method (via the Payment Operator — Paddle).
- If you used the service before the 14-day period expired, the refund will be reduced by a fee proportional to the period of use.
- After withdrawal, you may still download an export of the Customer Content before the account is permanently deleted (Terms of Service, §16(5)).
